UP DOG YOGA
BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY RYT200
This is an yoga educational group in Warsaw. The wonderful team of our teachers are helping those who want to start their new path as a yoga teacher to grow and gain experience. The upcoming course will deepen your knowledge of the practice, give it a new dimension that will allow you to transfer experience to others. It will combine theoretical and practical knowledge enabling you to build your own path, and thus brands. You will get to know yourself and other wonderful people who have taken a similar path. It will be the first hybrid course that will include both session in the studio and online.
The course program includes, among others:
- Yoga practice
- Yoga anatomy
- Asanas Lab
- Vinyasa sequencing
- Philosophy of yoga
- Different methods of working with the body
- Building your own brand
The course will be held in Warsaw on a weekend and daily basis (one of the course weeks)

The course will end with an exam and receiving the international Yoga Alliance RYT 200 diploma. Only 100% attendance and passing the exam will condition its receipt.
